Beth Steinberg has over 20 years of experience in organizational growth, talent strategy, and leadership development for both emerging and Fortune 1000 companies. She holds her BA in Psychology from San Jose State University and is certified in Myers-Briggs, Hogan Assessment and the MRG. She is also a certified PCC level Leadership Coach through the International Coaching Federation. Beth currently serves as the VP of People & Talent for Chime - a financial services company based in San Francisco, CA.
