Jimmy Beecher joined Mercer in 2018 where he is an HR Business Partner for the US East Market and Global Finance. Jimmy joined the Firm from AXA XL, where he held various HR Advisory roles supporting Corporate Functions. He began his career as an Associate in The Hartford’s Early Career Leadership Development Program. He received a BS in Business and Sociology from Bryant University in 2015. He currently resides in New York City.
