Dr. Tomas J. Philipson is currently at The University of Chicago where he holds the Daniel Levin Chair of Public Policy. In 2017-2020 he was on leave from the University to serve full-time at The White House as a Member, the Vice Chairman, and Acting Chairman of The President’s Council of Economic Advisers.
