BUYERS AND SOLUTION PROVIDERS
Hosted Buyer
Today’s healthcare ecosystem is filled with a multitude of companies who solve complex problems. The Hosted Buyer Program helps you identify the right partner for your needs.
The Hosted Buyer Program is a curated marketplace of health buyers and solution providers designed to provide highly efficient connections for real business interactions. Designed for senior executives and decision-makers to evaluate digital health solutions, the Hosted Buyer Program helps you accelerate your internal projects, due diligence, and strategic priorities.
*Applications for the HLTH 2021 Hosted Buyer program are now closed
Schedule
The Hosted Program matches qualified, vetted buyers and participating sponsors in a series of 1:1, 15-minute meetings. All Hosted meetings will take place during the HLTH event within the dedicated program time slots:
Sunday, Oct. 17 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm ET
Monday, Oct. 18 from 9:00 - 11:00 am, 1:00 - 4:00 pm ET
Tuesday, Oct. 19 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm ET
Hybrid Style
This year, the program will be hybrid, open to both in-person and virtual participants. Participants have the flexibility to manage their schedule and indicate availability by selecting specific slots they are available to participate in meetings, whether they are taking place onsite at a designated table or virtually via the platform’s built-in video-conference tool. All meetings are based on a mutual double opt-in matchmaking process where participants schedule their own meetings by accepting/sending requests within the matchmaking platform.
Platform
We believe the ideal matchmaking platform is about balancing B2B networking exposure at the event with generating relevant, high-quality curated meetings. The platform uses AI technology to offer a personalized experience before and during the event by empowering participants to choose whom they wish to meet. Participants will receive an email approximately three weeks before the event with log-in information to access the Hosted Buyer Platform.
At that time, participants will gain exclusive access to view participating sponsors and buyers as well as finalize their schedule in advance to maximize and save precious time at the event with mutually agreed-upon, pre-scheduled curated meetings.
