David Stark is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and serves as Chief Medical Officer. He joined the firm in 2018 from Mount Sinai Health System, where he was the creator and director of Lab 100, Medical Director of the Institute for Next Generation Healthcare, and an Assistant Professor of Health System Design and Global Health.
