Before joining Caregility, Wendy transitioned from bedside critical care nursing to lead development of the country's first "hospital without patients" (Mercy Virtual), a major virtual care hub that serves several health systems. In addition to overseeing numerous eICUs, Wendy also developed telestroke, telesepsis, and tele-hospitalist programs. Now, Wendy's team works with Caregility's platform and innovation partners to leverage virtual care across every care setting, from faster bedside emergency response and hybrid physical assessments, to hospital-to-home handoffs.
