FlexTogether provides peer motivation and accessible fitness instruction for aging patients who are experiencing loneliness and isolation. Patients are paired with a peer motivator – such as a hospital volunteer or a FlexTogether staff member. FlexTogether supports the continuity of care by providing medically tailored exercise videos to fit the needs of each patient through each stage in their care journey. FlexTogether is a member of the most recent Cedars-Sinai Accelerator program.
