Patient Centric Solutions enables patients and providers to easily exchange data across facilities so accurate clinical data is always available when needed to inform care. PatientShare is available as both a Smart on FHIR app and as a full patient-mediated exchange solution. Exchange includes a system of computable consents, supported by the HEART and UMA standards to enable secure, trusted data exchange. PatientShare is FHIR-based and supports the full USCDI plus many of the newer IGs.
