Exhibitor Spaces

Included:

• 8’H wall structure, furnished with a cabinet (storage included), one (1) stool, and one (1) 32” monitor with HDMI cable.

  • Adapters can be requested on-site. Monitors are NOT smart TVs and DO NOT have active USB inputs. Monitors DO NOT come with a laptop. If you require a USB input, please order a media player in the Misc. section of the AV order form HERE.

• HLTH will coordinate all setup and teardown of the kiosks.

• Sponsor logo on the graphic panel.

• Sponsor tagline underneath logo (28 characters max).

• One (1) 5 amp electric outlet.

• Complimentary Wifi will be provided in the exhibit hall to all attendees, however HLTH cannot guarantee uptime consistency throughout the duration of the event. We strongly recommend a dedicated internet connection if you intend to stream audio/video content or conduct live demonstrations/presentations within and around your exhibit.

Not Included:

• F&B - No outside food and beverage is allowed. Catering must be provided and/or ordered through the exclusive F&B provider Sodexo.

Display Guidelines:

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc. are not allowed to be placed on the floor surrounding your kiosk. Pop up banners are not permitted.

Any items placed on your counter may have a maximum weight limit of up to 100 lbs (distributed evenly).

Storage:

There is a small lockable storage space, located underneath the countertop. For any additional materials that you need to store, we recommend contacting Freeman for accessible storage stickers available onsite at the Freeman Service Desk.

Insurance Requirements:

As a sponsor benefit, HLTH will include liability insurance for all exhibitors which meets all insurance requirements for HLTH 2023. This benefit only applies to the exhibitor contracted directly with HLTH. Exhibitors are not required to submit their own compliant insurance.

Deadlines:

Sponsor logo and tagline MUST be submitted no later than Tuesday, August 29.

• Counter: 39.25” x 40.5”H x 20”D

• Backwall Logo Graphics: 56” x 19”

• Cabinet has lockable swinging doors

Rules & Regulations:

1. HLTH is not responsible for poor quality image print if the logo requirements are not met.

2. Files submitted after the deadline may be subject to additional charges.

3. Exhibitors and Sponsors must abide by all rules and regulations.
