The path to care is complicated–with ups and downs, starts, and stops, and many factors along that way that influence how, when, and where an individual decides to get care. This implies that there isn’t a singular &quot;digital front door,&quot; but rather multiple entry points. Effective digital solutions need to be there for all of those entry points. They must show up at the critical moments of an individual&#39;s care journey to build trust and familiarity and encourage them to walk through their door when ready. Simultaneously, payers need to partner with digital solutions who understand this, and have built solutions that are able to find and activate individuals seeking care outside of their own directories, especially for those in crisis or with higher severity needs.
