Jessica Horwitz, MPH FNP-C, is Tia’s Chief Clinical Officer, responsible for bringing Tia’s “Whole Person, Whole Life” care model to life and leading the providers who deliver exceptional care across markets, disciplines (primary care, gynecology, mental health, and wellness), practice levels (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and medical assistants) and modalities (in-person & virtual). A clinical leader who is also a board-certified family nurse practitioner and public health clinician, Jessica brings her unique background and perspective to shape Tia’s new
