Joy Toliver, M.P.H, is a Program Director at the National Institute on Aging (NIA). In this role, she develops, implements, and evaluates programs and initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the NIA SBIR and STTR programs, which provide ~$150M per year in non-dilutive federal grant funding to U.S. start-ups for research and development projects that accelerate aging-related innovations.
