In-home heart failure monitoring for those most at-risk of repeat hospital admissions, using AI and 3D imaging. Heart failure is the most common reason for hospitalisation in the over-65s, and frequently entirely avoidable if only we could identify the worsening of the condition 7+ days in advance: this is exactly what we enable, at low cost and at scale. Our technology has passed through CE/FDA, is in use by NHS in England, with trials/pilots in 5 of the G7 nations to date.
