Complimentary ticket
HLTH’s Market Connect Program provides a complimentary ticket for qualifying purchasing decision-makers to attend HLTH on October 19 - 22, 2025. The event will take place at The Venetian Expo Center. Passes to the event are all-access to the exhibit hall, content sessions and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Individuals must: (a) be a senior level executive responsible for purchasing or evaluating digital health technology or other solutions for their organizations, (b) be an current employee of the organization they represent in the Market Connect Program, and (c) take a minimum of eight (8) 15-minute meetings with participating sponsors in Market Connect Program, scheduled via a double opt-in process.
Platinum Participant
Qualified participants who schedule and attend 12 or more Market Connect meetings at HLTH with participating solution providers will be deemed Platinum Participants. These individuals will receive a complimentary HLTH ticket and a $750 hotel/travel reimbursement post-event as an added benefit. The 12 meeting on-site minimum is mandatory and all meetings must take place in the Market Connect Lounge.
Meeting Times
Participants must commit to being available for all for Market Connect meeting times on Monday, October 20 and Tuesday, October 21 of the event within the following dedicated program timeslots (Pacific Daylight Time):

Monday, October 20: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Tuesday, October 21: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
In mid-September, when the matchmaking platform launches, participants will be able to manage their availability within these designated times by selecting specific time slots in the platform. Meeting schedules may be distributed across one or two days and are not guaranteed to be back-to-back.
Travel Arrangements
Participants are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements to attend HLTH. Onsite hotel rooms within the official room blocks near The Venetian Expo Center may be reserved through the provided link. Availability is not guaranteed, and early booking is strongly recommended.
Program Participation
Prior to the event, participants will receive an invitation email to access the Market Connect matchmaking platform. Through the platform, participants may view attending solution providers, send and accept meeting requests. Participation includes: (a) completing a short application during registration, (b) sending meeting requests and scheduling at least eight (8) 15-minute meetings, (c) adding confirmed meetings to their calendars, (d) attending all scheduled meetings. After the event, participants are expected to provide feedback and rate each of their meetings.
One-to-One Meetings
To preserve program integrity, combining meetings with other representatives from the same organization is not permitted. Each individual enrolled in the program must schedule and complete their own set of at least eight (8) 1:1 meetings.
Notice of Employment Change
If a participant is no longer employed by the organization upon which their acceptance was based or becomes aware prior to HLTH that such a change will occur, they must notify the HLTH team immediately at [email protected]. In such cases, participation will be revoked. HLTH reserves the right to communicate only via the participant’s work email address.
Failure to Complete Meetings
Participants who check in at HLTH but fail to complete their scheduled meetings within the Market Connect Program will be ineligible for future participation and will be invoiced post event $1,895 the equivalent cost of a general attendee ticket.
Cancellation & Substitutes:
Approved participants who are unable to attend Market Connect Program agree to recommend one or more qualified colleagues as substitutes. Acceptance of any substitute is subject to the HLTH team’s approval. Participants may cancel their participation without penalty by September 19, 2025. Cancellation requests must be received in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations after this date without a suitable substitute will result in a $250 cancellation fee and potential disqualification from future participation.
Travel Stipend (Platinum Participants Only)
Participants who schedule and attend 12 or more Market Connect meetings, and submit a short feedback survey may qualify for a free HLTH ticket plus a $750 hotel/travel reimbursement post-event. If participants are unable to attend 12 or more meetings in the Market Connect Lounge onsite, they will not be eligible to receive a hotel/travel reimbursement.
Post event, eligible participants will receive a feedback survey along with a reimbursement form to submit the necessary details for payment. All required information must be submitted no later than November 24, 2025. Please note that HLTH does not reimburse for mileage points or travel rewards. Approved reimbursements will be issued by check and are expected to be processed by the end of November 2025.
Information Sharing
HLTH reserves the right to share any information participants provide to us with participating sponsors at various stages of the Market Connect Program process. HLTH may share email addresses only with participating sponsors that participants met as part of the Market Connect Program.
Qualification for the Market Connect Program is determined solely by HLTH and may be revoked at any time. By completing registration, applicants agree to these Market Connect Terms & Conditions.
