Media Village
The Media Village is a dedicated space on the HLTH USA show floor that serves as the central hub for journalists to work, connect, and capture stories throughout the event.
Designed with the needs of media professionals in mind, it features a comfortable lounge area, open workstations, private interview and podcast booths, high-speed Wi-Fi, ample power outlets, and light refreshments to keep you fueled while you report.

Only one (1) supporting staff member may enter the Media Village with the executive being interviewed.
Space in the Media Village is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Securing an appropriate location within the Media Village for interviews is your responsibility.
Podcast Lounge
Located within the Media Village, the Podcast Lounge at HLTH USA is a dedicated space for creators and media to record audio or video content, conduct interviews, and share real-time insights from the show floor.Â
Each spacious booth comfortably fits up to four (4) people and includes power access, seating, and a HLTH-branded backdrop for a polished, professional look on camera.Â

Approved podcasters will be sent a booking link to schedule up to three (3) time slots.

Located within the Media Village, the Podcast Lounge at HLTH USA is a dedicated space for creators and media to record audio or video content, conduct interviews, and share real-time insights from the show floor.Â
Each spacious booth comfortably fits up to four (4) people and includes power access, seating, and a HLTH-branded backdrop for a polished, professional look on camera.Â

All submissions are compiled into an Interview Request List and shared with registered media two weeks before the event.
The Interview Request List is updated and redistributed daily throughout the event.
Journalists interested in interviewing someone from the Interview Request List should contact the individual directly using the provided media contact details.
Interviews can take place in the Media Village, available on a first-come, first-served basis – early arrival is recommended to secure space.
Announcements
HLTH USA is a powerful platform for companies to make impactful announcements that reach key stakeholders across healthcare, media, and investment communities.
Organizations planning to share news at the event – such as product launches, partnerships, funding rounds, or executive appointments – can submit their announcement by filling out the Make An Announcement form.
Things to Know:
All submissions are compiled into an Announcement Report and shared with registered media two weeks before the event.
The Announcement Report is updated and redistributed daily throughout the event.
Journalists interested in covering an announcement from the Announcement Report are instructed to contact the individual directly using the provided media contact details.Â
