The health industry has room for improvement in promoting and supporting women executives. To demonstrate our commitment to raising awareness of the need for more women leaders in health organizations, HLTH is taking the ParityPledge™, as well as sponsoring  Parity.org’s Health Sector ParityINDEX™.

What is the ParityPledge™?

The ParityPledge™ is simple: commit your organization to interviewing and considering at least one qualified woman for every open role (VP and higher, including C-Suite and Board Members). That’s it! No quotas. No deadlines. Just clear the path for at least one woman to throw her hat in the ring for every open executive role.

HLTH has committed to sponsoring the Parity.org Health Sector ParityINDEX™, which measures the year-over-year change in the percentage of women executives in the health industry. The results of the Health Sector ParityINDEX™ will be announced annually during our ParityParty at our HLTH event, beginning at HLTH 2019.
