Betsy Jones is the Executive Vice President of EBSCO Clinical Decisions, where she leads the Product, Editorial, and Customer Success teams. She plays a pivotal role in guiding flagship clinical decision support solutions, including DynaMedex and Dynamic Health, and is currently overseeing the commercial beta launch of the innovative Dyna AI.
A seasoned leader in the healthcare publishing industry, Betsy has been instrumental in EBSCO’s rise to becoming a Best-in-KLAS provider of clinical decision support solutions. She brings extensive experience in clinical information, content management, and industry insights to her role at EBSCO Clinical Decisions.

Bianca Anghelina is the Founder and CEO of Aily Labs, the pioneer of an AI-powered decision intelligence app for global enterprises that’s helping thousands of healthcare and biopharma decision-makers use business-driven applied AI to drive bottom-line growth. Bianca founded Aily Labs in 2020 with a mission to democratize AI and enable organizations to become AI-enabled companies at scale. Through the Aily Labs app, Bianca has built a scalable AI solution across business functions that effectively turns huge volumes of complex, often siloed data into real-time, personalized recommendations and snackable insights through innovative and intuitive formats like stories and reels. Insights delivered subsequently boost company productivity ten-fold and deliver growth throughout the value chain. Bianca previously worked at Novartis where she led Global Digital Finance and the company’s AI transformation.
Bianca’s vision for biopharma integrates AI seamlessly, making it accessible and transformative for professionals regardless of technical backgrounds. Her mobile-first app strategy dismantles data and team silos, facilitating faster, data-driven decisions crucial for advancing medical innovation.
Under Bianca’s leadership, Aily Labs has raised $21 million in a Series A round and scaled from three to 330+ employees in three years. Prior to its Series A round, Aily Labs was self-funded and has remained profitable since its first year operating. Bianca has been recognized as one of the top 50 CEOs to watch in 2024 by Pavilion, the premier global community for B2B go-to-market leaders.

Ben Quirk is Chief Executive Officer of Blue Zones Health. His expertise is scaling healthcare companies focused on primary care and technology enabled platforms. In 2022, Ben was recognized as one of Modern Healthcare’s Top 25 Innovators. During his time at CareMax, Ben was responsible for growing one of the largest independent senior care platforms in the country. Upon meeting a pioneer in Lifestyle Medicine, Ben left CareMax to found Healthly. At Healthly Ben created a new economic model prioritizing primary care, support services, and preventive medicine to shift costs away from expensive unnecessary disease progression, such as hospitalizations, to tackle chronic conditions proactively.
Ben is passionate about making healthcare equitable for all people. He believes by focusing on improving people’s quality of life, especially the underserved, we can improve health outcomes at the individual and societal level. With this mindset, Ben fostered the formation of Blue Zones Health to accelerate positive change in the healthcare industry by providing this new value-based economic model to employers and government payers, and help deliver care with a patient-centric, provider-empowered approach. Ben’s hope is that eventually the whole world will become Blue Zones certified because people will have the ability to access care that supports their ability to Live Better, Longer.
