Chuck Bloss is responsible for the design of Certilytics’ analytic platform and product portfolio, leveraging his more than two decades of experiences in various actuarial, informatics, and financial leadership roles. At Florida Blue, Chuck was the Senior Director of Information Management, overseeing the team in charge of the data warehouse, BI tools, and master data.
