Jeff Williams, Aptia US President and CEO, is responsible for Aptia’s benefits administration services book of business based in the Boston headquarters. Prior to joining Aptia, Williams served as a Corporate Officer as Vice President, Enterprise and HR Solutions for Paychex where he drove record revenues.
