Dr. Louis is the James M. Ingram Professor and Chair for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of South Florida. She is a specialist in Maternal Fetal Medicine and a past President for the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine. Dr. Louis has a joint faculty appointment in both the College of Public Health and the College of Medicine at USF. Her research in obstructive sleep apnea in pregnant women led to a career focused on maternal morbidity and mortality.
