Lisa is the Head of Global Benefits Operations for Uber, where she is responsible for Benefits systems, data management, budgeting, and global-first programs across 26,000+ employees located in 60+ countries. Lisa has 25 years of experience in Benefits management. Prior to Uber, she was Principal with Mercer, where she spent close to 10 years advising large multi-national clients in the technology industry. Lisa is based in Uber’s San Francisco office.
