Pano Anthos founded XRC Ventures in 2015 and is the company’s Managing Director. Prior to this, he served in a number of leadership roles for media, retail, consumer goods and industrial companies. He also founded four digital media and software startups, including Gather Education, Hangout Industries, which was the first to bring video game technology and name brands to Facebook in 2007, Pantero and Syntra / ClearCross.
