Priscila Feijó Mattingly is chief people officer at Compassus where she leads all human resource functions of the organization. Born in Brazil, Mattingly came to the U.S. in 2004. As she learned English her language skills in Portuguese and Spanish helped her be successful in a variety of roles, from hospitality to training to marketing and communications.
