Rachel Chernick, LCSW, PhD is the Senior Vice President, Family Services and Evaluation Research at the Partnership to End Addiction. She has many years of clinical, teaching, and research experience in the addiction arena. Her primary professional focus has been on adolescents and adults struggling with problematic opioid use.
