Andy Schoonover

Andy Dunn is an entrepreneur, author, and angel investor. Dunn was the founding CEO of the menswear e-commerce brand Bonobos, pioneering the digitally native brand movement. Redefining the way men shop for clothing, Bonobos was acquired for $310 million.

In 2022, Dunn published a memoir. Now a national bestseller, Burn Rate: Launching a Startup and Losing My Mind chronicles his journey at the intersection of entrepreneurship and bipolar disorder.

Dunn’s is now building Pie, an AI-powered social app for making friends. As an angel investor and a founder of Red Swan Ventures, Dunn has backed over 100 startups. He is the Andy of Monica + Andy, an organic baby clothing brand founded by his sister. Dunn received his BA at Northwestern University and MBA from Stanford.


Andy Schoonover, Founder and CEO of CrowdHealth, saw firsthand the failures of the health insurance system. His daughter battled recurring ear infections and a ruptured eardrum. After a necessary, albeit quick, procedure, he was slapped with an $8,000 bill. His insurance company refused to pay, deeming it “medically unnecessary.” Despite doing everything right, the insurance he had trusted in left his family high and dry when they needed it most. That’s when he realized the system was broken and decided to create CrowdHealth, a more compassionate and reliable alternative to pay for healthcare. Its mission is to help patients find the right doctors and fund their care bills through peer-to-peer funding. 99.8% of all users have had their treatment fully peer funded through the platform.

Andy previously served as Managing Partner of Lion Venture Partners and CEO and Executive Chairman of VRI, one of the largest providers of telehealth monitoring, monitored medication dispensing and adherence solutions. He drove a fourfold growth in revenues, leading to a successful sale to Pamlico Capital in 2014, yielding a gross return of approximately 9x. Additionally, Andy holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Andrea D. Willis is Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.

She oversees Total Health Management and Pharmacy Management and is responsible for maintaining clinical quality excellence.

Prior to joining BlueCross, Willis was director of CoverKids and was responsible for developing Tennessee’s federally approved State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP). Prior to that, she served as deputy commissioner for the Tennessee Department of Health.

Willis earned a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University School of Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Willis is a fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been recognized by Modern Healthcare Magazine as one of its Women’s Leaders of 2024. Additionally, the magazine has previously named her as a Top 25 Minority Executive in Healthcare; and one of the 50 Most Influential Clinical Executives. Johns Hopkins Alumni Association honored her as one of their Distinguished Alumna. She testified in front of the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions regarding telehealth utilization during the COVID-19 pandemic. She received the inaugural Champion of Healthcare Award in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion awarded by the Chattanooga Times Free Press. She has served as a member of the Health Advisory Board for the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
