Dan Frogel

Colleen E. Clancy serves as the Director of the Center for Precision Medicine and Data Sciences at UC Davis School of Medicine and is a professor in the Departments of Physiology and Membrane Biology and Pharmacology. She is the inaugural Editor in Chief of the Journal of Precision Medicine: Health and Disease. She has authored more than 100 published works and serves on the editorial board of The Journal of General Physiology. Dr. Clancy has also been an associate editor for the Journal of the American College of Cardiology: Clinical Electrophysiology and has served on the advisory board of the National Biomedical Computation Resource, as a member of the NIH Multiscale Modeling Consortium, and on the Heart Rhythm Society Fellowship Subcommittee. Additionally, she regularly participates in peer review for numerous national and international funding agencies and scientific journals. She leads a multidisciplinary team of junior and senior investigators, supported by multiple NIH programs, focused on computational modeling and simulation of complex biomedical problems.

Dr. Dan Frogel is a physician, health entrepreneur, and healthcare executive whose career spans emergency medicine, urgent care, and behavioral health. As a co-founder of CityMD, Dan helped redefine urgent care in the Northeast, scaling a patient-first model rooted in clinical quality and accessibility. He now serves as CEO of Thriveworks, one of the nation’s largest behavioral health companies, where he is reshaping how mental health care is delivered, integrated, and scaled. Dan’s leadership spans the full continuum of care—from the ER to integrated virtual therapy—and is driven by a relentless focus on clinical integrity, operational innovation, and closing the gaps between mental and physical health.

Colin Hung is an award-winning healthcare marketer with more than 25 years of industry experience. He has led the marketing efforts at five Health IT companies – all of which have gone on to be acquired. 

For the past 8 years, Colin has been the Chief Editor at Swaay.Health and an Editor at Healthcare IT Today. In his role, he regularly meets and interviews leaders in the healthcare industry. He covers a variety of topics including AI, healthcare marketing, patient experience, interoperability, revenue cycle management (RCM), data analytics, cybersecurity, care-at-home, patient engagement, and patient acquisition.

He posts regularly on LinkedIn, YouTube, Bluesky, X, and Instagram…usually from the exhibit halls of the 40+ healthcare conferences he attends each year. 

Colin has been published in the Journal of the American College of Radiology and the Journal of Health Care Risk Management. He holds a degree from the University of Waterloo in Mechanical Engineering.

Colin is passionate about improving healthcare and growing the digital health, health IT, and MedTech innovation ecosystem in Canada and the US. He has helped hundreds of companies scale their business as an advisor and mentor at local innovation hubs ventureLAB and Innovation Factory.
