Raysa Bousleiman

Dr. Rashmi Kudesia is triple board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI), Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Lifestyle Medicine. In addition to her busy clinical practice, for which she receives multiple annual awards, she is best known for her expertise in fertility awareness, lifestyle and culinary approaches to reproductive health, and advocacy for reproductive rights.

After her Sc.B. in Biology & Medicine (magna cum laude, Brown University), she received her M.D. with honors (Duke University), alongside a NIH-sponsored clinical research training program. Her OB/GYN residency (New York Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical Center) was followed by REI fellowship and M.Sc. in Clinical Research Methods (Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Montefiore Medical Center). She has held Assistant Professor roles for the past decade, while at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai as RMANY-Brooklyn Medical Director, and now at CCRM Fertility Houston, where she is Director of Patient Education and Sugar Land Site Director.

Dr. Kudesia has spent the past 20 years holding leadership positions at the local, state, and national level with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, American Medical Association, and more. In addition, she is a fierce advocate for reproductive rights and has been one of a select few Texas OB/GYNs willing to speak out about political interference in the practice of reproductive health, in person and via interviews with the Washington Post, Telemundo, and more. Her current professional goal is to help improve preconception health in every way possible, through advocacy, research, and awareness raising. She has presented and published widely, including writing the book, “Understanding Fertility Awareness Methods: Gaining Control of Your Fertility” and an upcoming TEDx talk on lifestyle as the foundational element of reproductive health and wellness.

Raysa Bousleiman is Senior Vice President of Venture Capital Relationship Management for the Life Science and Healthcare practice at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), where she plays a pivotal role in supporting the innovation economy by connecting leading investors with groundbreaking startups across biotech, healthtech, diagnostics, and medical devices.

With a deep understanding of the venture capital ecosystem, a background in research + analytics, and a passion for enabling scientific progress, Raysa works closely with top-tier VC firms to identify emerging trends, support portfolio growth, and accelerate innovation across every stage of the healthcare continuum. She brings a strategic lens to SVB’s relationships with investors, helping fuel the next generation of health and life sciences companies reshaping patient care and outcomes. Raysa’s work sits at the intersection of capital, technology, and science—making her a valued thought partner for founders and investors alike. 

Raysa is passionate about supporting diverse founders and emerging managers, recognizing their critical role in driving a more equitable and inclusive healthcare system. Whether advising early-stage innovators or partnering with established funds, Raysa brings clarity and connectivity to every conversation. She’s eager to share what she’s seeing in the market, where capital flows, and how the VC ecosystem is evolving in response to technological advances and growing demands for value-based care.

Randi Seigel provides legal and strategic counsel to health care providers, emerging health tech and services companies, women’s health companies, insurers, and post-acute care providers. Randi brings substantial knowledge of complex health care regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and state privacy laws, state licensure and scope of practice laws, telehealth, artificial intelligence, Medicare and Medicaid conditions of participation and billing, fraud and abuse laws, and other regulatory and enforcement matters. Randi’s deep understanding of the health care players—from commercial and government payors to providers—brings valuable insights to her clients to assist them as they develop and execute their strategic goals. Randi also supports her clients in structuring innovative payment arrangements, assessing the risks and regulatory impacts of complex transactions, and responding to government audits.
