Dr. Pooja Mittal is the Chief Health Equity Officer (CHEO) for Health Net. She leads the company in developing, implementing, and embedding health equity strategic initiatives into Health Net’s programs, services, and actions to drive positive health outcomes. She is responsible for implementation of CalAIM across Health Net’s 2MM+ MediCal members and establishing community-based partnerships to improve health outcomes for the State’s most vulnerable populations.
