Julia Cheek is the Founder and CEO of Everlywell, a digital health company pioneering the next generation of biomarker intelligence—combining AI-powered technology with human insight to deliver personalized, actionable health answers. Over the past decade, Everlywell has delivered close to 1 billion health insights, transforming care for 60 million people and powering hundreds of enterprise partners.

Julia is a visionary leader, serving on the Board of Directors for Headspace and The University of Texas at Austin President's Innovation Board. She demonstrates her passion for entrepreneurship by supporting underrepresented founders, investing in over a dozen healthcare startups. Julia was named a 2024 Digital Health Icon by Rock Health, 2023 Entrepreneur of the Year by Springboard Enterprises, and Fortune Magazine's 2022 15 Most Powerful Women in Startups.

Julia attended Vanderbilt University and earned her MBA from Harvard Business School where she graduated as a Baker Scholar with high distinction. She is based in Austin, TX. 


Rohit Chandra, PhD, is Executive Vice President and Cleveland Clinic’s Chief Digital Officer. In this role, he oversees the Information Technology Division and leads digital innovation throughout Cleveland Clinic’s global health system. Dr. Chandra works to accelerate Cleveland Clinic’s digital transformations in areas including artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data to improve access to care and enhance the patient and caregiver experience.

Previously, Dr. Chandra was Vice President of Engineering at Sunshine Products, a technology startup in Palo Alto, California. In this role, he led the engineering team, leveraging sophisticated algorithms to solve a range of everyday problems and tasks, including the creation of Sunshine Contacts. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Search and Advertising at Verizon Media, where he was responsible for merging products and teams from Yahoo and AOL after their acquisitions by Verizon.

Dr. Chandra holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, as well as a doctorate in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Dr. Chandra was a fellow with the TELI (Technical Executive Leadership Initiative) Program. He is the co-author of a book on parallel programming and holds numerous patents.


Nicolas is Co-Founder & Chief Concept Officer of sweetgreen, the mission driven restaurant brand that serves fresh, craveable and convenient food at scale, using a unique sourcing model that partners with farmers and suppliers the company knows and trusts. 

Nicolas and his co-founders started sweetgreen in 2007, opening their first location in Georgetown, DC, just three months out of college. Their vision is to be as ubiquitous as traditional fast-food, but far more transparent and honest. 

Nicolas has been recognized as a key innovator in food and business, named to Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business,” Inc.’s “30 Under 30”, Forbes’ “30 Under 30” and Food & Wine’s “40 Big Food Thinkers 40 and Under.” Nicolas was born and raised in New York City and grew up in a family of hospitality entrepreneurs — the son of André and Rita Jammet, owners of NYC’s beloved La Caravelle.
