Travis Moore

Tilak Mandadi is executive vice president, ventures and chief experience and technology officer at CVS Health®. In this role, Tilak is responsible for customer engagement and research, integrated service operations and reimagining health care experiences. He leads the company’s AI, technology and insights
strategies and products powering business operations and growth. Tilak also heads CVS Health Ventures, a leading investment platform driving financial and strategic value for the enterprise.

Previously, Tilak was chief strategy officer at MGM Resorts International. Prior to MGM, he was executive vice president of digital, and chief technology officer at Disney, where he oversaw a global team of digital, data, operations, technology, creative and product professionals. His team was responsible for serving more than 150 million annual guests and consumers worldwide across Disney theme parks, hotels, cruise ships, retail stores, restaurants, Disney Vacation Club properties and the Adventures by Disney travel businesses. Prior to Disney, Tilak led global Digital Transformation, including cards, consumer travel and banking, at American Express.

Over the course of his executive career, Tilak has very successfully led innovative startups as well as large global organizations across different industries and diverse cultures, including financial services, hospitality, travel and entertainment, retail, food and beverage, IT services and energy trading.
Tilak holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Oregon.

Dr. Travis Moore, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, is a seasoned healthcare clinician and accomplished leader, boasting nearly two decades of expertise across diverse healthcare settings from emergency services to home health. Actively involved in fostering career growth and empowerment within the healthcare community, he proudly serves as a member of Indeed's Careers in Care coalition.

As a Doctor of Nursing Practice specializing in health innovation and board-certified nursing executive, Travis has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery, enhancing patient outcomes, and driving organizational growth. Through his extensive expertise and dedication to continuous learning, Travis has become a sought-after resource for healthcare professionals seeking to elevate their practice and achieve their career goals.

As Director of Healthcare Category Management, Travis leverages his diverse industry background to shape product strategy and development. Having experience as a bedside nurse, hiring manager, and business owner, he ensures that Indeed's solutions cater to the dynamic demands of healthcare employers and job seekers. Travis drives innovation and collaboration across the organization to ensure Indeed becomes the primary tool for healthcare job seekers and employers.
