As a Doctor of Nursing Practice specializing in health innovation and board-certified nursing executive, Travis has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery, enhancing patient outcomes, and driving organizational growth. Through his extensive expertise and dedication to continuous learning, Travis has become a sought-after resource for healthcare professionals seeking to elevate their practice and achieve their career goals.

As Director of Healthcare Category Management, Travis leverages his diverse industry background to shape product strategy and development. Having experience as a bedside nurse, hiring manager, and business owner, he ensures that Indeed's solutions cater to the dynamic demands of healthcare employers and job seekers. Trent Norris serves as Global Head of Business Development for Digital Health at NVIDIA, where he drives strategic initiatives and leads partnerships across healthcare providers, pharmaceutical organizations, payors, and global institutions. 

Previously, as Chief Commercial and Product Officer at Flywheel.io, Trent accelerated enterprise adoption and significantly scaled growth in AI-driven medical imaging and clinical research solutions. At Microsoft, he held senior leadership roles, spearheading innovative healthcare and life sciences initiatives—including FHIR interoperability and genomic data processing platforms—that continue to shape the future of healthcare through AI. Trent is committed to advancing digital health through collaborative, people-centric strategies that enhance patient outcomes and fuel industry innovation.

Dr. Theo Koury is a veteran emergency physician and transformative healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience. As President of Vituity since 2017, he guides the organization’s strategic and financial direction, empowering more than 6,000 clinicians across 690+ service sites in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Dr. Koury blends frontline expertise with executive vision. He champions innovation in care delivery—pioneering consumer-driven outpatient models, virtual care programs, and cost-effective solutions that enhance access and outcomes.
