Trent Norris serves as Global Head of Business Development for Digital Health at NVIDIA, where he drives strategic initiatives and leads partnerships across healthcare providers, pharmaceutical organizations, payors, and global institutions. 

Previously, as Chief Commercial and Product Officer at Flywheel.io, Trent accelerated enterprise adoption and significantly scaled growth in AI-driven medical imaging and clinical research solutions. At Microsoft, he held senior leadership roles, spearheading innovative healthcare and life sciences initiatives—including FHIR interoperability and genomic data processing platforms—that continue to shape the future of healthcare through AI. Trent is committed to advancing digital health through collaborative, people-centric strategies that enhance patient outcomes and fuel industry innovation.

​​Vanessa Rissetto is a registered dietitian (RD) and the CEO and Co-founder of Culina Health, a revolutionary clinical nutrition care company created in 2020. Prior to starting this venture, she served as the Director of Dietetic Internships at New York University (NYU), where she led the clinical nutrition treatment for a diverse patient population and mentored early-career dietitians — many of whom now work at Culina Health. 
Before changing careers and becoming an RD, Vanessa earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Fordham University and a master’s degree in marketing from NYU. Today, she seamlessly integrates her passions for business, entrepreneurship and nutrition as the CEO of Culina Health. 
Under Vanessa’s leadership, Culina Health has raised $20 million in venture funding. Culina Health has become a leading trusted care provider for physician referrals, with patient outcomes consistently surpassing industry averages. She has also cultivated an all-female leadership team, who strives to make nutrition care more inclusive and accessible for everyone.

Dr. Travis Moore, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, is a seasoned healthcare clinician and accomplished leader, boasting nearly two decades of expertise across diverse healthcare settings from emergency services to home health. Actively involved in fostering career growth and empowerment within the healthcare community, he proudly serves as a member of Indeed's Careers in Care coalition.

As a Doctor of Nursing Practice specializing in health innovation and board-certified nursing executive, Travis has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery, enhancing patient outcomes, and driving organizational growth. Through his extensive expertise and dedication to continuous learning, Travis has become a sought-after resource for healthcare professionals seeking to elevate their practice and achieve their career goals.

As Director of Healthcare Category Management, Travis leverages his diverse industry background to shape product strategy and development. Having experience as a bedside nurse, hiring manager, and business owner, he ensures that Indeed's solutions cater to the dynamic demands of healthcare employers and job seekers. Travis drives innovation and collaboration across the organization to ensure Indeed becomes the primary tool for healthcare job seekers and employers.
