Interpretation, Transcription, and Guided Services

Translation services will be available. Guides are also available for attendees who are visually impaired. These services are provided by request only and must be scheduled in advance. If you need to schedule services, contact [email protected].

Service Animals

Service dogs are welcome as defined by Title III of the ADA. A service animal is a dog that is trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. View more information here.

As a general rule, no animal other than an animal that qualifies as a “Service Animal” or police dog as those animals are defined by law, shall be brought onto the property without the prior approval of the Legal/Risk Management department. This applies regardless of the type of animal or the length of time the animal will be on property. Permission for any animals other than ADA animals appearing in a show or booth must first be approved by Show Management, the Expo & SES Event Manager and the Risk Management Department. Please note a trainer must accompany the animal at all times, animals may not remain in the building overnight, and it is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after the animal while on property.

Mother’s Rooms

A mother’s room provides a lactating mother with a private, secure space to breastfeed. There is a Mamava pod located on Level 2 near the Bassano meeting room.

ADA Seating

ADA seating accommodations are available at all HLTH stages and in HLTH content rooms. Our HLTH ambassadors can assist with seating. For questions onsite about ADA seating, contact [email protected].

Gender-Neutral Restrooms

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas has family restrooms available on-site.
