Adimika Arthur is an experienced clinical epidemiologist and hospital/health system executive who loves to help people better understand health, wellbeing and healthcare through storytelling, connection and culture. She uniquely brings her population health, focus on improving health and tech equity and access to quality care for vulnerable populations. She serves as the founding Executive Director for HealthTech for Medicaid (HT4M). HT4M is a mission-based market enabler that facilitates cross-sectoral, collaborative partnerships in health technology nationwide. HT4M is radically changing the pace of innovation in Medicaid through innovative program service delivery, infrastructure/ecosystem development and issue/policy advocacy to facilitate cutting-edge forums and partnerships for entrepreneurs, payers, providers, policymakers, advocates, investors and the Medicaid community. HT4M sits at the intersection of where health equity and tech equity meet.

National Health IT Collaborative for the Underserved

An adept coalition builder, Luis is deeply connected in the health IT sector as well as an influencer on Capitol Hill and in the White House. At NHIT, Luis is focused on achieving health equity by engaging underserved populations in the development and use of health technology. He has successfully piloted campaigns to improve broadband access, telehealth, EHRs, precision medicine, consumer health apps and disaster resiliency. Under his leadership, NHIT launched the Data Fusion Center to ignite action on social determinants of health, founded the Telehealth Equity Coalition and partnered with an international health system to model compassionate digitally enabled care. Luis is also a strong voice for diversity, equity and inclusion on behalf of Latino healthcare professionals.

Dr. Jerrica Kirkley is co-founder and chief medical officer of Plume, a virtual healthcare center of excellence dedicated to the transgender community which provides gender-affirming medical care at the convenience of a smart phone. She completed medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her family medicine residency at the University of Colorado. She has taught widely on gender-affirming care across academic institutions and large clinic systems. Dr. Kirkley has cared for thousands of gender-diverse individuals and has also been a recipient of gender-affirming care as a patient and trans woman herself. She is a strong advocate for building inclusion and equity among all marginalized communities. Her mission is to transform healthcare for all to make it more accessible, affordable and aligned with the needs of the individual to help folks live happy and healthy lives.
