Influencer Pass Qualifying Criteria
HLTH provides influencer passes to individuals with significant digital reach and engagement in the healthcare, health technology, and innovation sectors. Approved influencers are expected to actively create and share content related to HLTH before, during, and after the event.
General Guidelines
Each influencer is limited to one pass per person.
Influencers must not be employed by exhibiting companies unless they are covering HLTH in an independent capacity.
Paid brand ambassadors or individuals creating solely promotional content for sponsors or exhibitors must register as attendees or exhibitors.
Eligibility Criteria
Social Media Influencers
Influencers on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others must meet the following criteria:
Healthcare, health tech, or innovation focus with at least 50% of recent content covering these topics.
A minimum of 10,000 followers on at least one platform.
A minimum engagement rate of 2% (likes, shares, comments, views) on relevant posts.
A history of producing high-quality, original content (video, written, or image-based) related to industry topics..
Podcasters & Video Creators
Hosts or creators of healthcare and technology-focused podcasts or video series may qualify if they:
Produce content regularly (at least monthly).
Have an established audience of at least 5,000 average views or listens per episode.
Can provide proof of past industry-related interviews, discussions, or thought leadership.
Bloggers & Newsletter Authors
Writers and publishers of independent blogs or newsletters may qualify if:
The publication has at least 5,000 monthly unique visitors or subscribers.
The blog or newsletter has been active for at least one year, with regular posts covering healthcare, technology, or innovation.
Sponsored bloggers affiliated with corporate websites or personal blogs do not qualify.
Influencer Pass Expectations
Approved influencers must:
Create and share nine (9) total posts, including:
Three (3) Pre-Event Posts
Build excitement and anticipation for the event.
Share key event details, such as dates, speakers, and programming.
Highlight why I am attending and what my audience can expect.
Three (3) During-Event Posts
Provide real-time updates, behind-the-scenes content, and key takeaways.
Feature engaging moments, speaker highlights, and networking experiences.
Encourage audience interaction and event participation.
Three (3) Post-Event Posts
Recap major insights, trends, and key learnings from the event.
Share personal experiences and memorable moments.
Extend conversations, encouraging ongoing engagement with the event’s themes and community.
Use official HLTH event hashtags and tags to maximize visibility.
Ensure that content is unbiased, informative, and relevant to the event’s themes.
Adhere to ethical disclosure practices if content is sponsored or promotional.
