This investment brings the company’s total funding to $36.35 million, solidifying its leadership in the rapidly growing billion-dollar family mental health market.

Founded in 2020 by child psychiatrist Dr. Helen Egger and technology expert Rebecca Egger, Little Otter provides AI-powered, evidence-backed mental health care for children (ages 0-18) and their families. Through a holistic virtual care platform, the company extends support beyond children to address the needs of the entire family.
