Market Connect is HLTH’s hosted buyer programme that facilitates 1:1 meetings between qualified buyers (senior decision-makers from health systems, payers, providers, employers, government, or investment organisations) and solution providers. Participation is free for qualified buyers and requires completing a form and committing to a minimum number of pre-scheduled meetings. All meetings are based on mutual interests and needs.
Media and Influencer passes are complimentary and require an application. Media passes will be available to accredited journalists, editors, reporters, producers, and content creators covering healthcare. Influencer passes are for digital health creators with an engaged audience who agree to produce a minimum number of posts before, during, or after the event. PR firms, agencies, and brand marketers should register as Solution Providers.

Our tiered pricing means healthcare providers, payers, government employees, non-profit professionals, startups and investors can attend at reduced or complimentary rates, while commercial attendees (solution providers and vendors) are priced to reflect the business development value they receive.
Choose the category that best describes your primary professional role. If you work for a health system, hospital, payer or insurer and are not attending for commercial purposes, select the healthcare provider or payer rate. If you represent a company offering products, services or technology to healthcare, register as a Solution Provider. Startups, government employees, investors and media each have their own rates or passes. If you’re unsure, email hey@europe.hlth.com before you buy.
For discounted registration categories, all registrations are subject to eligibility verification. After you register and pay, HLTH Europe will review your details days to confirm you qualify for the discounted rate. Startups apply before registering and hear back within 24 hours.
HLTH Europe uses publicly available information to check that your organisation type, role and seniority match the criteria for the category you selected. This may include company websites, LinkedIn profiles and other professional directories. In most cases we can complete the review without needing anything further from you. If your category isn’t approved, you’ll be offered the option to upgrade to the right ticket type or cancel, subject to a processing fee of €50. If you believe the decision doesn’t reflect your role, email hey@europe.hlth.com with a short explanation and we’ll review it promptly.
If your role or organisation doesn’t qualify for the discounted ticket you selected, we’ll let you know within 3 business days. You can then either (1) pay the difference to upgrade to the appropriate ticket type, such as Solution Provider, or (2) cancel your registration, subject to a € 50processing fee. Accurate registration helps us keep reduced rates available for the communities they’re designed to support.
They are two separate policies. The reclassification fee of € 50 applies only if your registration doesn’t pass verification. In that case you can upgrade and pay the difference, or not proceed and receive a refund minus the fee.
Otherwise, HLTH Europe tickets are non-refundable once confirmed. If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or other nominated person by emailing hey@europe.hlth.com. Transferred tickets are subject to the same eligibility criteria.
The Clinician rate is for practising clinical professionals, such as doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and medical directors in clinical roles at healthcare delivery organisations. It does not apply to chief medical officers at technology companies, consultants or commercial executives, who should register as Solution Providers.
This rate is for professionals whose main role is to deliver care or improve health outcomes. It covers executives and operational leaders at health systems, hospitals, primary and community care providers and other provider organisations, and professionals at health insurers, sickness funds and employers buying healthcare for their workforce. Pharma and life sciences executives may apply and will be reviewed through standard verification. It is not for anyone attending to sell or promote products or services: if your role involves business development, sales, marketing or representing a vendor, please register as a Solution Provider.
The Solution Provider & Vendor rate applies to anyone attending on behalf of an organisation that offers products, services or technology to the healthcare sector. This includes healthtech and digital health companies, EHR vendors, medical device manufacturers, software and data companies, cybersecurity and cloud providers, consultancies, staffing firms, PR, marketing and advertising agencies, law firms and other commercial suppliers to healthcare. It also applies to anyone attending for business development, sales, partnership or sponsorship purposes, whatever their organisation type.
The Solution Provider rate is intentionally higher than other categories. It allows HLTH Europe to offer reduced rates to providers, payers, government, non-profits and startups, which in turn gives Solution Providers access to a senior, high-quality audience. Solution Providers may also want to consider sponsoring, as every sponsorship package includes All-Access tickets. Contact the sales team or visit the sponsorship page for details.
Government rates are available to current employees of national, regional and local government bodies, health ministries, public health agencies and EU institutions. You may be asked to register with your official government email address or provide a government-issued staff ID or letter of employment. The rate does not apply to government contractors, consultants, vendors, or employees of government-funded organisations.
The Non-Profit rate is for professionals employed by registered charities and non-profit organisations, associations, academic institutions and patient organisations not engaged in commercial services. Consultants, vendors and commercial subsidiaries of non-profits should register as Solution Providers.
Qualified investors, including venture capital, private equity, angel investors, corporate venture arms, family offices and strategic investment teams, can register from €600. The rate rises in stages to €1,295 as the event approaches, so registering early locks in the lowest price. Investors and startups can also join Investor Connect at no extra cost: just opt in when you register and answer a few questions to build your matchmaking profile.
The Health Transformation Summit is a closed-door gathering at HLTH Europe for senior policymakers, health system CEOs, payer leaders and select private sector executives. Through roundtables, case studies, panels and a Summit dinner, it gives Europe’s most senior healthcare leaders a space for candid conversation and practical collaboration on the future of care. A couple of weeks prior to the event, attendees will receive an email with log-in information and can then start facilitating connections prior to the event by browsing the attendee directory, sending requests to connect and chat and scheduling structured 1:1 meetings at HLTH. This AI powered platform offers recommendations for networking and helps to connect attendees based on mutual interests, goals and other relevant information. Additionally, the digital event platform is fully responsive and accessible across both web and mobile apps to optimise attendee engagement onsite and online.
HLTH’s event platform will launch approximately 2 weeks before the event and participants will receive an email with login information. At that time, you will be able to access HLTH Meet-Up to view the attendee list and schedule meetings in the platform before and during HLTH.

No, badge passing/sharing is not permitted and can result in being permanently banned from HLTH.
Badges are necessary credentials to attend HLTH. In order to remove any possibility for badge duplication, a badge verification policy is strictly enforced. Attendees with a lost or stolen badge will be charged a replacement fee.

Filming inside your booth is allowed, however, it must be contained to your booth. Exhibitors are not allowed to film other exhibit spaces without approval. Under no circumstances are tripods, lights and elaborate set ups permitted in any public area, such as show floor aisles, or at any of the stages or theaters.
