AdvancedCare Partners with Inbox Health to Bring AI and Automation to Patient Billing

Inbox Health, a leading patient billing and engagement technology platform, has partnered with AdvancedCare, an AI-driven provider of practice management, electronic medical records, and revenue cycle solutions, to modernize patient billing across AdvancedCare’s 350-practice network. Through this collaboration, providers gain access to an omnichannel billing system that simplifies statements, supports digital payments, and offers both AI-powered and live assistance to help patients better understand their bills.

The integration combines Inbox Health’s automated billing communication and payment technology with AdvancedCare’s AI clinical and revenue cycle management (RCM) platform. This unified solution is designed to improve operational efficiency, accelerate reimbursements, and enhance the patient experience for behavioral health and psychiatry clinics—two areas that often face complex billing processes and staffing shortages.

Nick Murray, CEO of AdvancedCare, said the partnership represents the future of unified RCM by merging EMR and practice management capabilities into one connected system. He emphasized that the collaboration with Inbox Health provides full visibility into the billing pipeline, enabling clinics to identify and address inefficiencies before they impact revenue. Clinics using AdvancedCare’s AI-driven RCM platform have already seen billing completed up to 58% faster than with traditional workflows, and both companies aim to push that performance even further.

Blake Walker, CEO of Inbox Health, noted that the partnership reflects a shared mission to make healthcare billing more transparent, intelligent, and patient-friendly. The collaboration will initially focus on behavioral health and psychiatry organizations before expanding to other specialties in 2026.
