Fay has formed a partnership with Withings to connect its network of registered dietitians with users of the Withings health-tracking ecosystem. The integration embeds Fay’s services directly into the Withings app, offering Withings+ premium members a complimentary first appointment and positioning nutrition counselling alongside the company’s established suite of smart health devices.
Withings users regularly monitor health metrics such as weight, activity levels and blood pressure through connected scales, watches and other devices. The collaboration is intended to extend the utility of these measurements by allowing individuals to consult with a Fay dietitian who can interpret the data and help develop a tailored nutrition plan. Fay cofounder and CEO Sammy Faycurry stated, “Data alone doesn’t drive change. This partnership is a powerful new tool for preventative health. It closes the loop, connecting best-in-class health tracking with the expert, human guidance needed to make lasting, meaningful improvements and proactively manage long-term health.”
The feature is delivered through a seamless in-app flow for Withings+ members. Within the app, users can view the Fay integration, schedule their complimentary introductory consultation and be matched with a dietitian based on personal goals, preferences and clinical considerations. By situating expert guidance within the same interface used for daily monitoring, the companies aim to reduce friction between raw data collection and the development of actionable, individualized recommendations.
The partnership is positioned as a means to address a long-standing gap between consumer health data and professional input. Withings’ devices generate continuous insights into body composition, activity patterns and vital signs, while Fay’s clinicians provide interpretation and counselling that may support behavior change and long-term health management. By bringing these elements together, the collaboration seeks to strengthen preventative health strategies and help users more effectively respond to their tracked metrics.
