About this Session:
In partnership with Together.Health: This session will focus on how maternal and pediatric health are deeply interconnected, yet too often addressed in silos. It will feature innovators and cross-sector partners who are bridging these gaps to create more seamless systems of care. Panelists will share practical strategies and real-life case studies that demonstrate how collaboration and innovation can improve outcomes for both mothers and children, even in times of budget constraints. The discussion will also explore how integrated approaches can drive systemic change across the full continuum of care.
