This free-to-use service, accessible via a website and mobile app, offers discounts and coupons that can save users up to 90% on medications at local pharmacies. This launch comes at a time when high deductibles and the shifting of more medication costs to patients by insurers have increased the financial burden on individuals, highlighting the need for such a service.

Reggie Faulkner, SVP of Pharmacy Services at Aphora Health, emphasized the platform’s ease of use, allowing customers to find the right medications at the right prices with just a few clicks. AphoraRx aims to remove the frustration and guesswork often associated with varying drug prices, which are not regulated and can differ significantly even between nearby locations.

In addition to cost savings on medications, AphoraRx offers a membership program that includes rewards points, a comprehensive prescription management system, and reminders. The platform is also part of Aphora Health’s offerings to employer groups, specifically benefiting part-time employees who may not qualify for the standard health plans. Further expanding its services, Aphora Health now provides access to international surgical and cosmetic services.
