Mira Integrates with ŌURA to Combine Hormone Data with Sleep and Temperature Trends

Mira, a provider of at-home lab-grade hormone testing, has announced a direct integration with ŌURA, the company behind the Oura Ring. The collaboration enables users to view Oura’s biometric data—including sleep, readiness and temperature trends—directly within the Mira app alongside quantified hormone concentrations.

The integration is designed to provide contextual insight into women’s health metrics by correlating hormonal fluctuations with daily biometric signals. Rather than evaluating isolated data points, such as a low sleep score, users can now assess whether disruptions coincide with shifts in hormones such as luteinizing hormone (LH) or estrogen. The companies describe this as a step toward connecting measurable biological changes with lived symptoms.

Dr. Chris Curry, Clinical Director of Women’s Health at ŌURA, emphasized the importance of contextual understanding, stating, “Hormonal changes play a critical role in how women feel each day… By combining Mira’s lab-grade hormone data with Oura’s continuous biometrics… we’re helping women see how hormonal shifts show up in their everyday lives.”

The integration supports three primary use cases across different stages of women’s health:

  • Fertility: By pairing Mira’s hormone tracking with Oura’s temperature trends, users can apply a dual-confirmation approach to identifying ovulation and understanding cycle variability.

  • Perimenopause: Women experiencing hormonal fluctuations can track how changes affect sleep quality and recovery, supporting proactive lifestyle adjustments.

  • Hormonal imbalance management: Users can correlate symptoms such as fatigue or low energy with specific hormonal shifts, creating data-informed discussions with clinicians.

Sylvia Kang, CEO and founder of Mira, highlighted the broader objective of the partnership: “More women than ever track health metrics like sleep, stress, activity, strain, but rarely have the tools to see the real reasons behind their symptoms. With this integration, we’re connecting hormone data with daily health signals, giving women insights they can act on. Understanding these patterns can change how women manage fertility, navigate perimenopause, or address hormonal imbalances.”

The Mira x ŌURA integration is now available to Mira users, marking an expansion of connected health tools aimed at integrating biometrics with hormone analytics.
