About this Meeting

As health systems confront workforce constraints, rising acuity, and expanding care beyond hospital walls, many are re-examining whether traditional care pathways—designed around departmental systems and episodic encounters—are still fit for purpose. The next phase of transformation requires not just new technologies, but standardized, enterprise approaches to monitoring, data, and AI that enable care pathways to be redefined across settings and over time.

This in-person executive session, conducted in partnership with Philips, will explore how leading health systems are using standardized monitoring and information platforms as the foundation for reimagining and operationalizing Smart care pathways—from acute and ambulatory environments to virtual and home-based care. The discussion will examine how enterprise consistency across monitoring domains enables data continuity, scalable AI adoption, and workflow alignment, rather than reinforcing siloed, specialty-specific models of care.

The facilitated discussion will focus on:

  • Redefining and disrupting traditional care pathways by leveraging standardized monitoring and information architectures across the enterprise.
  • Establishing consistency across monitoring environments to support longitudinal patient views, pathway-based decision-making, and clinician confidence.
  • Enabling AI at scale through platform and marketplace strategies, including governance, validation, and deployment across standardized workflows.
  • Translating continuous data into actionable, pathway-aware insights, embedded directly into clinical and operational processes.
  • Supporting care beyond the hospital, using enterprise monitoring and data platforms to extend pathways into virtual and home settings without increasing fragmentation.

This meeting is designed for Healthcare Systems and Provider leaders innovators.
