By embedding Vivian’s technology into Hallmark’s Flexible Workforce and Total Vendor Management solutions, agencies can seamlessly submit travel, per diem, and local clinician candidates—including nurses and allied health professionals—through an AI-powered system. Vivian’s proprietary AI Assistant, informed by more than one million job searches and 2.7 million annual applications, leverages healthcare-specific data such as licenses and certifications to match candidates with over 250,000 job opportunities.
