Vivian Health, the largest online marketplace for healthcare talent, has announced a strategic partnership with Hallmark Health Care Solutions, a leader in workforce intelligence, to transform how healthcare agencies and facilities connect with clinicians. The collaboration integrates Vivian’s AI-enabled hiring technology directly into Hallmark’s workforce management platforms, streamlining and accelerating the clinician placement process.

The partnership aims to automate traditionally manual and time-consuming staffing workflows. By embedding Vivian’s technology into Hallmark’s Flexible Workforce and Total Vendor Management solutions, agencies can seamlessly submit travel, per diem, and local clinician candidates—including nurses and allied health professionals—through an AI-powered system. Vivian’s proprietary AI Assistant, informed by more than one million job searches and 2.7 million annual applications, leverages healthcare-specific data such as licenses and certifications to match candidates with over 250,000 job opportunities.

Vivian Health CEO Parth Bhakta said the integration brings automation and intelligence to critical staffing workflows, improving efficiency and speed across the hiring process.
