How has patient centricity evolved during the pandemic?

About this Session:

Healthcare has been on a path to being less paternalistic and more collaborative, especially as it involves patients. But how has patient centered care and patient engagement evolved during the pandemic? A recent survey of Chief Information Officers shows that more than 50% believe that patient engagement technology is a top priority for them. But beyond technology, what do patients want? This panel will bring together patients, payers, providers and others to discuss what the future of patient centricity is.
