In December 2023, the  Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA) went live with five Qualified Health Information Networks (QHIN). Since that time, two additional QHINs have gone live and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) finalized TEFCA-related provisions in the HTI-1 Final Rule.
