I Will Not Walk 500 Miles for Equitable Access To Medicine

About this Session:

Building equitable access to medicine has become a critical priority as one in four Americans struggle to afford their medications. Persistent barriers to accessibility, compounded by high costs and systemic inequities expose the fundamental flaws in our current pharmaceutical system. In response, forward-thinking leaders are pioneering new approaches that prioritize accessibility and affordability from the ground up. By building sustainable infrastructures and intentionally designing data systems for equitable care, they’re working to bridge the gap. Together, we can ensure lifesaving medications are within reach for everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status.
