TechQuity Tank: Partners of Choice to Advance TechQuity

About this Session:

Primary care plays a critical role in advancing health equity, and Community Health Centers (CHCs) are the largest primary care delivery system expertly delivering care to populations facing health disparities based on race, ethnicity, income, or geography. This session explores how CHCs leverage partnerships to implement emerging technologies that improve equitable health outcomes. This session will highlight successful partnerships between CHCs/CHC networks and EHR vendors, population health tools, and digital health solutions. Panelists will discuss how companies can be better partners to CHCs, their 310K+ employees, and 32.5 million patients, in order to ensure the primary care safety net is maximizing the latest technologies to advance equitable health outcomes.
