Viosk Booth Package

All booths are located on the show floor of Music City Center (Level 3).

Viosk Package Inclusions:

  • 8’H V-shaped back wall structure, furnished with one (1) reception counter (lockable storage), two (2) stools, and one (1) 32” mounted monitor.
  • ViVE will coordinate all setup and teardown of the structure.
  • Both the walls and the front panel of the reception counter can feature a fully customized graphic, provided by the sponsor.
  • Viosk area will be carpeted.
  • One (1) 10 amp electrical drop for the Monitor and a power strip inside the reception counter.
  • One (1) wastebasket.

Display Guidelines:

Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc. are not allowed​ ​on the floor surrounding your booth. Any items placed in your booth must be confined to the inside of your booth. Additional branding/signage is not allowed on the outside walls of your booth. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.

10x10 Booth Package

Storage:

There is no secure storage space provided. Items, however, may be placed inside your meeting cube. For any additional materials that you need to store, we recommend contacting T3 Expo for storage.
