Cardiology care platform CardioOne announces funding, new partners

Cardiology care platform CardioOne, developed by Redesign Health, is forming partnerships with healthcare providers Cardiac Associates of New Jersey, Twin Hearts in Florida, Corrieius Cardiology in Pennsylvania, and subscription-based cardiology resources firm MedAxiom.

CardioOne, based in Texas, is focused on enabling independent cardiologists to transition into value-based care by providing technology and administrative support. The company has already established partnerships with practices in Texas and Maryland and recently secured nearly $8 million in funding. 

The company's goal is to empower independent cardiologists to excel in new value-based care models, allowing them to concentrate on delivering optimal patient outcomes and expanding their practices.
